I'm technically not overweight, but I still really want to lose some weight. I need some way to keep motivated.
Anyone want to be diet buddies? We can keep each other on track.

Not sure how consistent I'd be with this, but how about posting some goals? I'm trying to do
- protein with breakfast
- no sweets in the house except fruit.
- 3-part meals: lean protein, whole grain, veggies.
- no cereal in the house except shredded wheat
- no junk food in the house except (slightly junky) triscuits and yoplaits.

You have some really good goals to aim for. I just have one goal really...to eat about 1000 calories a day.
