Not sure how consistent I'd be with this, but how about posting some goals? I'm trying to do
- protein with breakfast
- no sweets in the house except fruit.
- 3-part meals: lean protein, whole grain, veggies.
- no cereal in the house except shredded wheat
- no junk food in the house except (slightly junky) triscuits and yoplaits.
