Hi................
I was washing inside of my vagina a month ago, and stuck my middle finger deep inside, and felt this lump. I freaked out but since I don't have medical insurance, there wasn't much I could do. Today (a month later) I put my middle finger back inside, and WHOA... it got huge. It feels hard and it moves around kind of, kind of wiggly feeling. It feels like its where my G-Spot is. I did have sex a month ago, could I have irritated myself? Could it be related to an STD?
By the way, after I had sex 1 month ago, I got a UTI (I get them about 4-5 x's a year). So I started taking Keflex which in return gave me a yeast infection (my first yeast infection in my life). I used Monistat for a day or 2 and then thats when I noticed this huge lump inside. Any opinions? Thanks...

Hi. You said you don't have insurance, but you must still see a doctor. You really MUST be seen by a doctor. I don't know where you live, but in most places I have lived, there are clinics with fees on a sliding scale. It's important for you to see a doctor NOW so that the mass you're referring to can be seen while it's still visible and palpable and while it can still be cultured or biopsied. Please do not hesitate to see a doctor, and tell the receptionist it's urgent. If you must borrow money from friends or family, then do so. After all, your health is not some frivolous matter.
Oh, one more thing. . . it's imperative that you use condoms when you have sex, especially if you and your partner are not in a monogamous relationship and/or you don't know your partner and his history well.
Please let us know how you're doing.
Sarah
