Hi. You said you don't have insurance, but you must still see a doctor. You really MUST be seen by a doctor. I don't know where you live, but in most places I have lived, there are clinics with fees on a sliding scale. It's important for you to see a doctor NOW so that the mass you're referring to can be seen while it's still visible and palpable and while it can still be cultured or biopsied. Please do not hesitate to see a doctor, and tell the receptionist it's urgent. If you must borrow money from friends or family, then do so. After all, your health is not some frivolous matter.
Oh, one more thing. . . it's imperative that you use condoms when you have sex, especially if you and your partner are not in a monogamous relationship and/or you don't know your partner and his history well.
