Is "The Fat Smash Diet" any good?
I'm really losing hope. After swimming and hiking my way down to 24% BMI last summer, I'm now over 30% on a good day. (I have a weight scale that measures body fat with a weak pulse that goes into one foot, through the body, and out the other foot)
Besides being disowned by my daughter and estranged by even more friends (former friends I guess), I spent most of the late summer and early fall trying different anti-depressants and stuff like lamictal. I lost all motivation to go out the door for any reason.
I just discovered that amazon.com has a grocery section. Perhaps, I can even cut out trips to the grocery store and have *everything* delivered - including diet books I never read.

Although your post is about eating, this board is intended for discussing Eating Disorders. I have reposted your thread to the Health board.
