Hi all,
I did just finish a new book out on a serious topic.
Borderline Personality Disorder Demystified by Robert Friedel.
It is really helpfull with understanding my problems a bit.
It does go into much detail about the brain and how meds work on it. That wasn't to interesting to me but as I said overall the book was helpful.Later...Happy Reading.

The first time anyone refers to a book, movie, or music without using this option, I post this to try to make sure he or she at least knows about it. It's just an option, though, and doesn't *have* to be used. If people *choose* not to use it, I'd be interested why not, but I'd like that redirected to Psycho-Babble Administration:

Thanks!
Bob

Wow, I should check that one out. I would like to know a bit more about the neurolgical basis of it all...
I really enjoyed Marsha Linehan's Book on DBT. I can never remember the title well enough to get the link though... No (or not much) neurology in there :-)
