BPD book

Hi all,
I did just finish a new book out on a serious topic.
Borderline Personality Disorder Demystified by Robert Friedel.
It is really helpfull with understanding my problems a bit.
It does go into much detail about the brain and how meds work on it. That wasn't to interesting to me but as I said overall the book was helpful.
