What Sigi said, plus:
Pycnogenol-boosts nitric oxide
Grapeseed extract-boosts nitric oxide
beets/beet root juice-boosts nitric oxide
Taurine-something to do with improving vascular smooth muscle-meat, eggs, and fish are good sources
L Carnitine-necessary for the transport of fatty acids to the heart muscle and mitochondria for energy production
Vitamin E-full spectrum with tocotrienols
CoQ10/Ubiquinol-enhances mitochondrial function
Garlic-Kyolic aged garlic may be best
Ginger
And Exercise!!!-walking and brief 15 to 20 min bursts of high intensity exercise, doing 1 or 2 high intensity interval sprint workouts a week.

Yes i do fairly lot of exercise.. had to pause because the skin (nipples) was getting rough. Will put band aids on them now, a wet cotton tshirt can be rough to the skin! Also i think with phenelzine metabolites in the sweat its also a bit irritating.
I was thinking that if nardil and/or dopaminergics get the heart pumping, cabergoline/heart valves and stuff, that during intense exercise i may want something that keeps my heart in check!

I don't know your situation, and this may be 100% off-point, but I was told by serious doc folk to get a cheap exercise/heart monitor to keep my heart rate in the most beneficial range. (I don't have heart problems--.)

My schizophrenic friend (best friend ever), she takes a product called "Kalinor" and its active ingredients are potassium citrate and potassium hydrogen carbonate. Its for the heart cuz she takes clozapine. Poor woman gets psychotic on pretty much everything else.
Do you think a low dose of these two would make sense?

Exercise, exercise. 5 times a week, 30minutes each time. That's what my doctor tells me. That's the American Heart Association's recommendation for exercise. Fish oil for high triglycerides, if you can tolerate fish oil. Vitamins E and C. Magnesium. A good multivitamin. Things like olive oil and red wine, 1 glass per day. Foods to avoid: pizza, hamburger, seafood, fried foods, high fat dairy.
