Hello,
does anyone know how to majorly decrease glutamate and cortisol naturally preferably by foods? I simply can't take any more supplements so I thought by eating a proper diet I might feel better by cutting down on these two things?! Any help would be great, many thanks,
Joseph

Manganese and B6 will help to lower glutamate levels.
Manganese: Pecans, brazil nuts, almonds (preferably soaked to remove enzyme inhibitors), barley, rye, buckwheat. Cloves, ginger, bay leaves.
B6: Brewer's yeast, sunflower seeds, wheat germ (toasted), tuna, liver, salmon, walnuts.
