on EMSAM lowest dose patch... 21 days so far.
NOT really getting any AD relief...kinda feel like i would get the same result sticking a postage stamp on my leg.
QUESTION: any vitamin or mineral (herbal?) supplements that would help the emsam along (synergistic effect)..... or help its
absorbtion or fuction etc.....

Rhodiola was great for me with deprenyl. It's used by innovative psychs for depression. Insomnia is possible.

You could try the suplement phenelethylamine.

I have seen all these are available: D-phenylalanine, L-phenylalanine, and DL-phenylalanine, all of which convert, in various percentages, to PEA. Have you tried any of these? This is by no means an endorsement of any of the above, however, some other posters have mentioned these, and I've personally used LPA (250 mg/day) with limited success.

If you google phenylalanine and selegeline together, you get a bunch of med abstracts which suggest they are very synergistic.
