EMSAM and Supplements ( ? )

on EMSAM lowest dose patch... 21 days so far.
NOT really getting any AD relief...
kinda feel like i would get the same result sticking a postage stamp on my leg.
QUESTION: any vitamin or mineral (herbal?) supplements that would help the emsam along (synergistic effect)..... or help its
absorbtion or fuction etc.....
