Sometimes doing nothing is the best thing. Sometimes you heal fastest if you just stop "picking at it".

You are amazing! Somehow you always manage to apply rational thinking to my pessimism.

doing nothing is sometimes the answer. I've come to beleive in the Linden method, after years of thinking it's a scam, and doing nothing (one of the 9 pillars) makes perfect sense; constantly searching and trying subconsciously reinforces the idea that something is wrong that needs to be fixed. The body responds to what the brain believes, and only by stopping the search, the worry, the quest for a remedy and returning to normal life can the brain/body relax and return to normal. probably not explaining this right, but I'm half asleep :)

the journey will eventually end at the beginning...
exercise and diet really are the key! after all, were all just monkeys... not swinging from enough tress, eating too much mickey d's, and not enough bananas (the avg human needs about ~4500mg's of potassium a day, but gets ~1k, a deficiency which has shown to help cause neurotransmitter illnesses). i am personally still exploring supplemental methods to cure myself of the many that i suffer from, but in hopes of eventually finding a diet and exercise/meditation schedule that does the trick.
