doing nothing is sometimes the answer. I've come to beleive in the Linden method, after years of thinking it's a scam, and doing nothing (one of the 9 pillars) makes perfect sense; constantly searching and trying subconsciously reinforces the idea that something is wrong that needs to be fixed. The body responds to what the brain believes, and only by stopping the search, the worry, the quest for a remedy and returning to normal life can the brain/body relax and return to normal. probably not explaining this right, but I'm half asleep :)
