Inositol-good, bad, ugly, pretty?
I guess my main queries concern the role in mood and anxiety states - and dosing guidelines. Also, I'm not keen on stuff that, taken in the day, causes drowiness.
I had no takers when I posted above.... hurt my feelings (ha,ha)
Love to da bomb,
Kelly

I only know of inositol prophylaxis in bipolar disorder....

Take at bedtime? Dosing can be quite substantial. Large doses are used in bipolar disorder.....but that doesn't mean you have to do so.

It was good to hear from you...
I'm doing pretty well on what I'm doing now, so maybe I won't mess with a good thing.
Thanks Again,
Kelly
