i have a kilo of inositol on hand
when i take it i use 1 level tablespoon 3x day
i figure they are 4 or 5 grams each, leaving me with 12 to 15 gms a day..........the target dose for inositol and bp and ocd
the only side effect i have ever had is diahrea and so i take it with fiber at least once a day
