all i can say is be careful of tolerance and addiction. I was taking temazepan and serax, both benzos, alternating them for occasional use because of my insomnia. I have now found that I am addicted to both of them. It has been suggested that I swich to valium as it is a longer lasting benzo, and so easier to withdraw from. I would suggest you definitely dont take valium every day. Be careful with it. I dont know anything about your other medication. I am in the UK and I think valium may be more popular than in the us.

keep adderall at lower doses, adderall is a good medicine for low energy and concentration but higher doses wears down your dopamine levels, have to take breaks from it

anytime there's a stimulant+antidepressant, serotonin syndrome becomes a risk. having said that, it doesn't seem to happen all that often (?).
the valium dose looks good to me. valium is one of the easier benzodiazepines to taper off, should the need/desire arise. back in the 70s, the standard dosing was up to 40mgs, but...obviously...dosages have always varied wildly.
i dont know much about rexulti. its very new, d2 partial agonist. you might want to see if it affects prolactin. abilify doesn't, but i think some of the newer d2 partial agonists do. occasional blood work might be called for.
have you tried anything other than luvox? it has lots of drug drug interactions, that's why i brought it up. antidepressants in general boost neuroleptic/antipsychotic blood levels, but you might want to do an online drug-drug interactions checker to see what's up with the luvox and everything else.
to me, the adderall dosage seems lower end of reasonable. if i recall correctly, doctors are encouraged to keep most people on 40mgs/daily or less, unless its narcolepsy, in which case I think the doses can go crazy high.
have you tried ritalin or focalin? just asking, because i personally did better on those than i did on (roughly) equivalent amounts of adderall, especially while on abilify.

yea ive been on just about all the ssri's except paxil luvox does have more interactions but destroys my ocd.....believe it or not one dr had me on cymbalta for ocd!!! do you think thats why luvox is not used much because of drug interactions

hi. i think drug interactions are part of it...I don't think the manufacturer ever got FDA approval for depression, social anxiety, panic, etc...the big money makers for the other ssri drugs. so..marketing seems to be part of the issue, too.
i read somewhere...and sls has mentioned this, too...that some research indicates it might be more helpful in psychotic depression than other ssri drugs. that seems like it'd be a big market, but i guess its too late now to pursue an fda approval (?).
good luck to you.

rose45 is right, there is tolerance that can happen where it takes higher and higher dose to achieve same effect. It's not ... with what your taking doenst seem to have a problem, but i've known well i've gotten tolerant and resistant to certain medications. Keep the doses lower, because higher doses they will work definitely, but then tolerance and adaption to them happens

I remember 25 years ago, when I was sneaking into the University of South Florida's Medical Library to read all the journals, Luvox was the big talk as far as the most promising treatment for OCD.
Problem back then was getting approval for use in United States.I tried adding on low-dose Clomipramine at that time, and it seemed to kick my OCD symtoms in the butt, but side effects were too much.
