anytime there's a stimulant+antidepressant, serotonin syndrome becomes a risk. having said that, it doesn't seem to happen all that often (?).
the valium dose looks good to me. valium is one of the easier benzodiazepines to taper off, should the need/desire arise. back in the 70s, the standard dosing was up to 40mgs, but...obviously...dosages have always varied wildly.
i dont know much about rexulti. its very new, d2 partial agonist. you might want to see if it affects prolactin. abilify doesn't, but i think some of the newer d2 partial agonists do. occasional blood work might be called for.
have you tried anything other than luvox? it has lots of drug drug interactions, that's why i brought it up. antidepressants in general boost neuroleptic/antipsychotic blood levels, but you might want to do an online drug-drug interactions checker to see what's up with the luvox and everything else.
to me, the adderall dosage seems lower end of reasonable. if i recall correctly, doctors are encouraged to keep most people on 40mgs/daily or less, unless its narcolepsy, in which case I think the doses can go crazy high.
have you tried ritalin or focalin? just asking, because i personally did better on those than i did on (roughly) equivalent amounts of adderall, especially while on abilify.
