Weight Loss Help

Posted by willyee234 on August 17, 2014, at 18:39:43

As i stated im a weight lifter of ten years,i bench 350,i also box for cardio and have other forms of cardio. My diet aint great but its not horrid.

I am due to zyprexa pre diabetic now but im on metaformin which is supposed to manage the weight loss from that.

Heres my question.theres a popular famous weight loss proctocol called ECA stack, you can google it,its used for years and years by body buiders, its nothing more then

Ephedrine
Caffiene
Aspirin

But its a sworn to work stack.heres the problem, one ephedrine is of course now illegal, however thats not a huge issues as its simple to still obtain for cheap.

The main problem is even though i cant get it its stictly forbidden with parnate as its a major stimulant.

So my first qustion anyone have a substitute for itin the stack

Second i tried everything i work hard everyday and cant drop, theres an extremly popular drug called Clenbutrol,i know its safe cause i used it long ago,its very very very effective as a fat burner.

Has anyone else used it.

Hi, I have lost 40 lbs in 4 months, so I think I'm now qualified to address questions about weight loss. I never understood how to lose weight until I got fat, unfortunately. Everything you eat and drink contains calories. On average, the male daily calorie limit to maintain weight is 2,000 calories per day. If you cut your calories by 500 per day for a week, you will lose 1 lb. If you cut your calories by 1,000 per day for a week, you will lose 2 lbs. This will tell you what your exact daily calorie requirement is given your gender, age, height, and weight; http://www.webmd.com/diet/body-calculator. I hope this helps and don't forget that what you drink contains calories as well. You can use an app called myfitnesspal to log the calories you consume every day. This will tell you how many calories are in what you eat; http://nutritiondata.self.com/

Also, nothing will help you lose weight besides eating less and exercising. Caffeine, ephedrine or anything else isn't going to do anything.

I find the easiest way of cutting unnecessary calories out is by removing all calorific foods and drinks EXCEPT those which really fill you up. Start with sugary drinks, alcohol, cake and biscuits etc. None of these make you feel full, they just add calories. Personally, I think you have to be strict with yourself or else it doesn't work. Eg. If you decide sugary drinks are OK a few times a week you end up having them most days.

Yeah, that's very true. I also have a policy that I don't buy it unless I'm prepared to eat all of it in one sitting. That means, I buy almost nothing from the market and eat all my meals out.

Know im a lifter of ten yars,i bench 350,i also have boxed for cardio and sport over 5.I know nothing but hard work will make gains, however im doing everything right,i know about calorie in take i have a chart posted, first problem is im pre diabetic which ads weight, second i believe one of my meds might also be doing it,i looked into clenbutrol because with ACTIVE people like myself who have stubborn weight its shown to be effective.

I even have trained both weight training and boxing, training people the difference of power training, high weight low reps,vs light weight high sets for cut.

I train boxing,guard,stikes,the correct jan,cross,hook,uppercut etc.

I live this stuff

Wow, you are doing all the right things. I'm sure it's med related, but it's better to have your sanity, right?

Yess, and im sure my diet can be better,my cardio too,for instance i was addicticed to power lifting, this is not googd when you want to be smaller, powerlifting makes you look like a line backer, but again the addiction to lift heavy, but i broke it and now i dropped my bench over 200 pounds and instead of high weight low reps im doing light weight high reps.

Also if you could reseaech clenbutrol for me and give you opinion,i dont se nothing wrong with a little help ya know.

This is a link to how i looked,i lost much weight since then

I had personal problems and had to learn self defense,i learned, boxing and krava maga, and i got addicted to boxing
