wow. that's an intense combo you got there. I was thinking a low dose of Abilify, or maybe something...not...haloperidol, lol.
Ever tried loxapine? Do they have that where you are? Its atypical at low doses. Maybe add a bit of that, or maybe do abilify+loxapine, for less sedation?

supposedly, at low doses. similarly, amoxapine, an antidepressant that partly metabolizes to--you guessed it--loxapine might be an atypical antipsychotic at sufficient doses.

They have loxapine for inhalation!
Phillipa, im in Germany..
What would be the advantage over Haldol?
My doc said Seroquel and Zyprexa were very similar in what they are doing and it may not be efficient to combine the two for that reason.
She also suggested amisulpirid!
I took Melperon once.

What is the nature of your symptoms?
I would do the Haldol instead of Zyprexa.
Loxapine is a typical antipsychotic medication, used primarily in the treatment of schizophrenia. Trade names for loxapine taken by mouth include Loxapac and Loxitane; the inhalable form is approved as Adasuve. The drug is a member of the dibenzoxazepine class and structurally related to clozapine. Several researchers have argued that loxapine may behave as an atypical antipsychotic.

Haldol is partly metabolized to a neurotoxic compound. This might explain why even low-ish doses routinely produce TD.
I'd take perphenazine, loxapine, amoxapine (high dose) over Haldol.

Okay i will restrain from Haldol.
Yesterday i took 900mg Seroquel and 25mg of Zyprexa.
That does the trick, too.
How long do you think am i still affected by the Stablon trial? Its been like 10to 12 days.
This is the end of the thread.
