I took Dexedrine for a year or so as an AD. I found it somewhat helpful in augmenting my meds and decreasing the extreme fatigue that I got from my other meds. I eventually stopped more due to logistical problems than other things. I moved and new pdoc thought it was a stupid strategy (but he was sorta a stupid pdoc, so take that for what it was worth) and I ran into issues with insurance authorizing it.
Good luck,
EE

This particular doc is really into ADD/ADHD. He has written a book on it. I guess it's worth a try. What are the downfalls to ADD drugs? Withdrawl, etc.?
He states that if your getting side effects from a particular ADD med, it's not the right one.
Thanks,
Laney

I see that you're taking an SSRI Laney, it might be that an ADD med + an SSRI (say Paxil 20mg) would work well for you. I guess all you can do is try it and see
