My psychiatrist said omeprazole(brand name prilosec) would block the effects of an antihistamine, such as drowsieness.
I looked it up and I dont understand how.I'm not sure if she understood me right because the question was a bit confusing, what I basically want is a histami e antagonist-antagonist.
I know sonething like a stimulant would normally help, but that's not whast I'm looking for.

You're looking for a histamine agonist. I don't know if there are any readily available histamine agonists. I know folic acid can increase histamine levels. Your best bet is to take a sorter acting anithistamine?

I havent heard of omeprazole having that property, and google doesnt seem to turn up anything.
Betahistine (Serc) is a histamine agonist, it might do what you're hoping for (though I'm far from sure of that)
I dont think its avaliable in the US, but it is freely avaliable in other countries

The drowsiness caused by antihistamines usualy wears off after a few days to a week, so try and be patient
