blocking off antihistamine effects

My psychiatrist said omeprazole(brand name prilosec) would block the effects of an antihistamine, such as drowsieness.
I looked it up and I dont understand how.

I'm not sure if she understood me right because the question was a bit confusing, what I basically want is a histami e antagonist-antagonist.

I know sonething like a stimulant would normally help, but that's not whast I'm looking for.
