inositol + xanax

I wonder if something like inositol + xanax would be sufficiant to control major depression + anxiety. Its simple and probably highly tollerable.

I'm taking a form of niacin ("flush-free niacin") derived from inositol that, combined with abilify and some other vitamins, has helped alot.

Niacinamide makes benzos and anticonvulsants work better; maybe inositol does the same? I don't see any harm in trying, especially if you opt for the long-lasting form of xanax.

Seriously long acting doesn't work as well as short acting. A Lot of folks have to add regular. Phillipa

are you serious? You mean like with long-acting stimulants, a capsule in the morning and an old-school immediate release in the afternoon? Or they just plain have to switch to old school xanax?

Xanax has such a terrible reputation for causing anxiety between doses...I guess I just kind of assumed the new kind would make this better.
