I'm taking a form of niacin ("flush-free niacin") derived from inositol that, combined with abilify and some other vitamins, has helped alot.

Niacinamide makes benzos and anticonvulsants work better; maybe inositol does the same? I don't see any harm in trying, especially if you opt for the long-lasting form of xanax.
