Might be better on another board just thought I'd start here. Seems this Congress still in session in August for the Obama health care reform is cutting funds for medicaire so health care won't be available for long periods of time if ever and some won't get any at all as they will be over the age limit for care. So after August if need surgery etc might not be available. Anyone know more about this. Am off to hunt up info now. Phillipa

As for whether its 'wrong', cuts have to be made somewhere in this budget... but how things are spun in politics and the media are another story. I subscribe to progressive views and politics, so it's not in my realm...

Look at the AARP website. They have some good info and are geared toward the seniors and the disabled.
I think you are reading info from the far right.
