Well this is probably for the politics section... I can tell you its on the "Right".... the Heritage Foundation is a right wing "think tank".
As for whether its 'wrong', cuts have to be made somewhere in this budget... but how things are spun in politics and the media are another story. I subscribe to progressive views and politics, so it's not in my realm...
