i started listening to music, but my psychosis is not gone entire, improved, its been 2 weeks and a half now
should i raise the dosage?
i take 200 mg twice a day
whats max dose?

yes but its not much, its a little better somethimes, philippa can you research the dosage of sulpiride for how much can i take maximum

I think up to 3,200 has been reported, you're just getting to the dosage that is effective antispychotic.
I wonder if it wouldn't be a good idea to combine a 5ht2a antagonist with sulpiride.

>That sounds good to hear, I think you should ask your doctor these questions, as I hope he or she is dispensing the sulpiride. There are some side effect risks that are a little greater than atypicals like minor increased NMS, even though the sulpirides are basically sort of that category (atypicals), so I think cautious raising of the dose should be the case.
As noted by another poster, it has a very high range of activity, but with all APs, the MED (minimum effective dose) should be used and not arbitrary super high doses because that can cause things that you don't want to happen much earlier than they ever would appear.
If you're feeling better at your current dose why not remain at it for another week?
