That sounds good to hear, I think you should ask your doctor these questions, as I hope he or she is dispensing the sulpiride. There are some side effect risks that are a little greater than atypicals like minor increased NMS, even though the sulpirides are basically sort of that category (atypicals), so I think cautious raising of the dose should be the case.

As noted by another poster, it has a very high range of activity, but with all APs, the MED (minimum effective dose) should be used and not arbitrary super high doses because that can cause things that you don't want to happen much earlier than they ever would appear.


If you're feeling better at your current dose why not remain at it for another week?
