I hate cold seasons, there was something happened to me about a year ago and it just devesated me. Anything cold, or during the wintertime makes me sad.

I put a 'Full-Spectrum' light bulb in the main rooms of my house (where I spend the most time in, like my computer room) & it seems to have solved the problem. Get the strongest one you can.
