I did a very quick search at drugdigest's drug interaction checker, and found only one potential interaction: between Zoloft and grapefruit juice...
Looks like it's safe -- but don't take my word for it. Check at an online site like drugdigest, or ask your doctor or pharmacist. They'll know more about your particulars.
Hope that helps

Well, they are antiseizure medications, but a large number of people seem to use them off-label for "cognitive enhancement."
For that, they seem to be effective in many people. However, from what I've read, they are very activating. People report side effects of agitation/hypomania. If you decide to try them, I would start at a very low dosage just to see if you can tolerate it, and taper up slowly. In combination with antidepressants, I would imagine these side-effects would be increased.
While some sites recommend so-called "attack doses," it's probably not a good idea to ingest five grams of piracetam and not be able to sleep for days.
This is the end of the thread.
