Can you sleep over an imbalance.?

During the day when i get unstable, can i sleep over it? would i have nightmares?

I get very irrtible and feel theres something wrong.

I currently take Zyprexa 5mg for a mood stablizer.

Does anyone have anything to say to this.

sleep is antimanic, and it's well known that a major cause of irritability is lack of proper sleep.
It would be best if you had a regular sleep schedule and slept at night, but that's easier said than done.

Boy can I relate to that! No meds ever get me through the night. Never your 8 hrs uninterrupted sleep for REM. Fondly, Phillipa
