Hi Adderall people--those who have develloped tolerance...how quickly did you notice this? What was the end pattern of increase--or did you not increase?
I am up to 40 after 30 no longer produced noticeable results. I do not plan on increases, but want to know peoples experiences.The bottom line question: did you finally find an amount at which the effect held long-term, or did it feel like youd just keep going up up up and never find a steady effect?

ive been using adderall on and off for over 18 months. id say the tolerance became rather noticeable after about 4 - 5 months. i couldnt go higher than 30mg due to side effects.somewhere there is a thread about a persons protocol that he swears prevents this. you'll have to dig for it.
for me i just take regular hollidays from it. dont take in on weekends and maybe only 4 out of 5 days at work.
for me it's a med i have to play around with to get optimum benefits.
good luck. if you dont have side effects id just keep cranking the dose till you cant tolerate it.

Take breaks, and take antacid products before it and during if possible, also no vitamin C juice before taking it, to try to keep PH levels down,

well I guess that would also mean no coffee....my soft spot...thanks for the hints! The antacid is a good idea.

Sorry i dont mean to be a baby over such a thing such as giving up coffee. It is my security blanket, it calms me down. I can stay away from it the first hours of waking up.
