Adderall tolerance--how fast?

Hi Adderall people--those who have develloped tolerance...how quickly did you notice this? What was the end pattern of increase--or did you not increase?
I am up to 40 after 30 no longer produced noticeable results. I do not plan on increases, but want to know peoples experiences.
The bottom line question: did you finally find an amount at which the effect held long-term, or did it feel like youd just keep going up up up and never find a steady effect?
