Sleep and Depression

Sorry Ed, something I forgot to mention.

It took me a long time to realise, but I find that if I sleep more than nine hours I am depressed when I wake up.

Sleeping a long time is not good for me, I find I function best after about eight hours.

Actually sleep deprivation is suppose to be good for depression. I have read some studies on it.

When I hide in my bed during the day I don't actually sleep. I just escape into my own world. I like there. People know me.
