I have been having episodes where I will wake up from a dream, and still be thinking bizarrly as i was in the dream.
Please i dont want to lose my mind!
I am constantly feeling unstable, anxiety infested, confused about my own sanity, if i lose it, what will happen, will i start losing speech structure, i was sitting overwhelmed with confusion and kept feeling something, everything was going to go wrong, i am going to lose speech abilites, perception.
This is nightmare, please please tell me this is going to go away, i will wake up normal.
I have been having nightmares that i am going insane, filled with crazy people screaming in agony, as if im in hell.
I pray everynight god will keep from insanity, i will say i will wake up perfectly normal in the morning, all this will leave.
Why is this happening to me, why!
Please pray, pray, this will leave, this is just a dream, im going to wake up.
I'm seeing my pdoc ASAP, i dont care, if i have to go on 500mg of Thorazine, fine! stupid brain did it to itself!
Good night
Matt

Matthew,
Are you alone right now? Where are your parents? Is either your mom or dad around? If you are alone, first give one of your parents a call and tell whichever one you get in touch with what you are experiencing and that you are very scared and think you should go to the hospital emergency. Also, do you have an emergency number for your pdoc? You, or one of your parents should be trying to get in touch with him/her to let him/her know what you are experiencing, and, if possible, seeing if he/she can meet you at the hospital, if that you were you decide to go and where you think you will be safest. Please Matthew, get in touch with someone right away. And, whatever you do, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR DAD'S NEMBUTAL. Give the Klonopin you have taken a chance to kick in.

Matthew,
If you are in the US, if you call your pdoc's number you should get a recording telling you what number to call in an emergency. You will probably get a nurse who you should tell what is going on, that you are scared and whether you need to go to the hospital, and how to do that.
I am sorry you are having such trouble, maybe the klonopin will help you a bit. Hang in there.

My son's worst problem was with Abilify, he has schizophrenia Abilify caused him terrible nightmares, this can happen with wrong AP or too much or too little of the right one. Klonopin is a good temporary remedy, it will help you sleep. I sugguest you talk to pdoc about 20mg of Zyprexa plus an SSri FOR ANXIETY which you have. God bless you and protect you.

Dear Matt- If you feel like you are going to harm yourself please go to the ER. Or as someone suggested CALL YOU PDOC ASAP.
Hang in there. You are going to be okay. I promise you.
Going into the psych ward isn't that bad at all and they can help stabalise you which is what you need right now.
Major safe hugs,

Hello,
Matt, please contact your pdoc or go to the ER, you are obviously having a very hard time at the moment. Trust me, you do not want to be on 500mg of Thorazine, it would probably make you feel dreadful. Perhaps you would benfit from Zyprexa, or a short course of a benzodiazepine such as Ativan.

Im really disturbed over this.
At times i feel my thougts lose their connections, its just like "goo" no realtion, maybe my brain is just a pile of unstructured goo.
Why did this happen to me, why did have to happen, why why hwy why!
Okk, this is what happened, i at times use delusions of self-importance many times to make up for insecurites, i have horrible self-esteem i have had to find something to make up for this.
I did this over a period of years.
I have used "images" in my head that i project myself as, instead of thinking of me.
THese are the following similar projections:
http://www.madonnashots.com/plow3.jpg (projection of authority)http://www.madonnashots.com/wgpre18.jpg
http://www.madonnashots.com/laprem01.jpg

(projection of superiority)http://www.madonnashots.com/war05.jpg http://www.madonnashots.com/war01.jpg
http://www.madonnashots.com/lab6.jpg
(projection of charisma)Yes, i've always been diffrent, this is the defence i used for in-adequacy. But there delusions which i belive may have emerged psychotic symptoms.
Its embarrasing but, you guys dont know me, so this is my dark secret.
I guess just post back your opionion, positive or negitive....

Hi Matt,
I do exactly the same. I have "images" in my head that I display as "myself", rather than being the real me. It is a psychotic symptom yeh. Well I dunno, I guess it is coz AP's take it away for me.
If I were you I would go along to the hopsital. It's no big deal. It can actually be rather relaxing. You get lots of attention and help. They can start you on a good antipsychotic, if you need one.
I wouldn't worry too much. Although it does sound like you have some "psychotic symptoms", in my opinion (and this is only my opinion), you don't seem actually *psychotic*. This is because you are so aware of what's happening to you. The fact that you believe you are psychotic maybe means that you're not 100% psychotic. Every time I've been psychotic I have not believed it, and have often gotten violent towards people who suggested it. So I don't think you need to worry that you are going "insane". It can be very scary but you will come through this, it will be fine.
I would go along to the hospital! It's not as bad as you'd imagine!
Good luck.
This is the end of the thread.
