i wonder if we can make one ourselves
according to my organic chemistry textbook, all we need to do is a simple curtius rearrangement of 2-phenylcyclopropanecarbonyl chloride :)

Bristol-Myers Squibb has a bit more marketing muscle than Somerset or its two partners, Mylan and Watson. Two benefits I can think of are: (1) it will be better and more widely distributed when (and if) it's finally approved and (2) better marketing may mean greater awareness of EmSam and its benefits among medical professionals.
