Hi, I was wondering whethere anyone has ever tried L-Theanine tablets ?(apparently found in Green Tea). Apparently it has been proven to increase levels of GABA, although the proof is in the pudding so to speak!
It appears to have no side effects or withdrawal symptoms & could probably be taken long term.Anyone with any experiences?

It helped me a lot while I was trying to stop smoking pot, though. I think it might be useful in dealing with withdrawal, and I also found it helped with concentration. Definitely use a product that uses Suntheanine L-theanine. Anything else sucks in my opinion. I didn't find it very helpful for social anxiety, but I have that pretty bad... It's definitely relaxing and mood elevating, though.
