Love the stuff! But I can't say it was a real solution to depression or anxiety for me. Actually, I felt it contributed to my depression after being on it for some time. It helped me a lot while I was trying to stop smoking pot, though. I think it might be useful in dealing with withdrawal, and I also found it helped with concentration. Definitely use a product that uses Suntheanine L-theanine. Anything else sucks in my opinion. I didn't find it very helpful for social anxiety, but I have that pretty bad... It's definitely relaxing and mood elevating, though.
