Does anyone know whether it is better to take Co-enzyme Q-10 in the morning or at night? Does it interfere with sleep?
Thanks.

Wow! Thank you, Sienna. That's what I call "instant gratification." I didn't expect to get such a quick reply.

I tried it a while back, and I think it made me energetic but agitated. But not sure if the Q10 was the culprit.

I use 50 mg twice a day, morning and lunchtime since it fires me up a little. The role it plays in metabolism is complicated and it works in a lot of areas (and I'm too tired to look it up) but it's good for heart function and helpfull for cortisol overload/ panic/ high anxiety stuff- over the long term. I like it, I feel better on it. L-carnitine is good with co Q-10, it has to do with mitochondrial function and cell metabolism. Take that one in the morning, too.
Take the amount the bottle says- more is not nessasarily better here.missliz
