Is Lexapro Paxil (Paroxetine)? If so I stay away from it.

lexapro is not paxil,but as for lexapro ive asked lots of people about weight gain on lex, no one has realy complained yet about weight with lex, i was on paxil forget it ,FAT! i had to stop cause of weight gain, im on lex 4 weeks no weight gain but its very early to tell ,i hope it doesnt.

Doctors who evaluate diets say that if you eat more protein and less carbs, it often can curb one's appetite. They say that if you eat lots of carbs for breakfast, it makes you hungry faster later in the day. So try less carbs and more protein for breakfast.

Thanks, thats good to know so far...I think if I gained weight that would make me even more depressed than I already am.
