Hi,
When you combine two AD, as an augmentation strategy, to you take full dosage of each, or do you take only half dosage of each ?
In my case it's moclobémide with miansérine .Sigolène.

Is the moclobémide still working for you?

Yes, but not so good as at the first 3 weeks. I would like to increase it with an other AD.
Sigolène.

I think you might benefit from an augmentation strategy that involves no other antidepressants (thus minimizing side-effects). I'm talking about Lithium, T4, buspirone, and PINDOLOL (my favorite: Here is the ultimate source of info on that: http://www.med.nyu.edu/Psych/aug/

I have been using beta blokers like pindolol for a long time for social phobia. But it has no incedence on depression. Lithium is not possible because i plan to be pregnant in the next time. Buspirone is forbiden with MAOI. So i think i have to take 2 AD, or stop the MAOI and add buspar. But i've read noting good about it on Psycho bable, so i don't know what to do.

You can add any of the anticonvulsants to the MAOI (and think of the anticonvulsants as ANTIDEPRESSANTS--I can tell you why later). I guarantee that you will experience relief from the addition of either depakote, carbamazepine, gabapentin, or lamotrigine. These drugs are acceptable for social phobia; effective in mood stability; and with significant antianxiety and antidepressant activity.
