ECT is beginning to look like a viable alternative to me. Saw my pdoc today and I am going to try one, maybe two, more combos and then it's ECT time. Frankly, I think it's been ECT time for quite a while.
One of the two best ECT docs where I live has a great name, Zappalac. Gotta be an omen.Phil

Zapped by Dr. Zap? Yep, great name.

My best psychiatrist was named Dr. Joy. What a Joy he was. I always looked foward to seeing him. I never felt like I was wasting his time or bothering him with my problems. I sure miss that nice guy! Here's to Dr. Michael Joy!

My all-time favorite psych doc is named Dr. Victor. Helped me get victorious over a nasty depression...great guy, very funny, and good at mixing intricate antidepressant cocktails--

So close, Phil, so close ...
He sounds like he could have been your Shrink in Shining (Sparking?) Armor, Sir Zappalot.
