Two year mini-series...refractory depression

ECT is beginning to look like a viable alternative to me. Saw my pdoc today and I am going to try one, maybe two, more combos and then it's ECT time. Frankly, I think it's been ECT time for quite a while.
One of the two best ECT docs where I live has a great name, Zappalac. Gotta be an omen.
