Do you think you could communicate whole ideas here instead of these cryptic one-liners that aren't even real sentences??? Thank you. Not to say I don't appreciate your thoughts, just make one understandable and please do not use so many acronyms, I am not an American (thank goodness, but I'm no better either, Canada is at the end of the leash the United States tugs, like many, many other countries ...) ... I am not an American citizen and therefor I do not know what you are talking about, what is a CDA? My reading may not lean in the same direction yours does, Sigismund.
