There was a real and honest emotion and idea when I started that poem. Then I got wrapped up in rhyme schemes and syllable counts and cleverness.

It was supposed to be about violence, not self-pity. The idea is that when the violence is upon me there is a area in front of my head and most of the population can feel it and they shy away, and that might hurt some. Some people are oblivious or equally aggressive and then actual physical pain may take place. but either way once I fill that space with those feelings, I'm the one that pays - later when I'm alone and stuck with all that hate.

I don't know why I turned that real idea into word games. Better luck next time, please play again.
