sick day

I'm sorry that I'm unreliable
a pain in the *ss, it's undeniable
I just wanted some time alone, away, for me
I'm losing my grip, I slip, and trip and flee
It's quieter here, away from fear
I'll be back, just let me rest
It's not healthy to run at this pace
I'll try again tomorrow, be back into the race
