Hello, fellow sufferers: I don't mean to be arch but I'm taking care of our grand-kid's dog. I love dogs, especially when I have nothing to do with them. [They boss me around]
Anyway the power blew out, for the second time in two days. Okay, I could sit on the trunk of my car and view the constellations.
Great. But yesterday HOMELAND SECURITY was running a test. I know this because I'm paranoid.
A Fugifilm blimp was hovering, quite motionless above the field where blimps poise on there way to a 'Stones concert, etc.
I am a blimp fan so I drove to the airport and watched as the blimp hovered over a particular site. The site happened to be a HOMELAND SECURITY vehicle. All day. As a blimp fancier I took a ride to the airport.
I thought the HOMELAND SECURITY vehicle was a local tv station deal, you know, grist for the mill. But no. This was just a lone truck and a blimp hovering over it. All day.
Well cool, I say, better than observing Rita ready to give us another smack in the wallett.
Still I'm on the nutsy side: what's the meaning of this, non-ride[ the blimp hovered for hours] Probably none of my business.
But we've had two power outages on consecutive days. And, since I'm nuts, I wonder which way the wind might blow.
I kinda like power, the kind one throws a switch with which one can have, and pay for, light, sounds, and other such stuff. The staff of life, as we know it.
So what's going on? And as a U.S citizen, I've never had to ponder what might happen in the days coming yonder. Sorry if I might seem uncivil, but 9/11 has unleashed a devil.
There will be hell to pay. And hell is only starting on it's seemingly inevitable way.
