the process is interesting - what harms, what helps. understanding that and implementing it in responses.

the nature of a perspective is to be limited and incomplete

we have a representation of reality that is always less than what is in the world and we have a representation of reality that is always mroe than what is in the world because of the perspective from which we view it.

the inward focus is only of use if it leads to practical changes in ways of interacting

its easy to lose sight of that

mental illness is a perspective (much like any other) on a situation that is unusual.

its hard to see how much all glass houses are the same and how much about your glass house is particular to you

perhaps the content of delusions; what people are trying to say is something we do not take pains to attempt to understand.

we assume they have a skewed perspective on an ordinary phenomena where they might have an ordinary perspective on a skewed or unusual phenomena

> karma is a beautiful thing in how it can teach even the most bitter and closed minds what life truly holds

nice to see you here.
