I'm brand new to Babble - wow!

Your poem, for all of it's despair, strikes me as also deeply hopeful. Who are we if we can't go this deep inside, and yet how many of us will take the risk? Humanity has failed historically when we haven't looked at ourselves honestly. The same is so true of our personal selves. Thanks for your stunning words.
