Oh. But to 'cure' someone you need to alter their behaviour and their reported behaviour. He thinks you can reinforce them away for good.

Oh no. See lying in bed crying etc is behaviour too. He doesn't mean just altering behaviour he can observe. He thinks that it will generalise back to that behaviour taken as a whole will be better.
